Government of VictoriaTim has facilitated significant investment into Victoria’s renewable energy, automotive, food and fibre, tourism, retail and infrastructure sectors.
Tim has extensive experience representing Victoria overseas having served as Commissioner for Victoria to Greater China (2014-2020), Southeast Asia (2009-2014), and North Asia (2004-2009).
Tim took up his appointment as the Agent General for Victoria to the United Kingdom and Commissioner for Europe and Israel in 2020. Based out of the London VGTI office, Tim represents the State Government of Victoria’s interests in the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Nordics, Eastern Europe and Israel, overseeing the Victorian Government Trade and Investment offices in London, and representation in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Having dealt with many companies across a range of industries and countries, Tim has strong trade development and investment facilitation capabilities. Tim has facilitated significant investment into Victoria’s renewable energy, automotive, food and fibre, tourism, retail and infrastructure sectors.
Tim has worked in private and public sectors and has undertaken formal studies in Economics, Japanese and Asian Studies.
