Mr Ebenezer Olufowose is the Co-Founder and CEO of First Ally Capital Limited. Previously, he was an Executive Director at Access Bank Plc and Citibank Nigeria. He joined the Board of FirstBank Nigeria in April 2021 and became Chairman in May 2024.

With over 35 years in the financial services industry, he began his career at NAL Merchant Bank in 1985 and held strategic roles at FCMB and GTBank. He holds a first-class degree in Economics from the University of Lagos and a Master’s in International Economics from the University of Sussex. He has attended executive programs at IMD, Harvard, INSEAD, and Kellogg.
