Anne Kensington-Lott is a highly accomplished senior leader with extensive international experience in operational excellence, corporate strategy, direct marketing, communications, and media management. With a career spanning some of the world’s most influential organisations, Anne has held senior leadership positions at Comcast/NBC Universal, Gen Media Partners, America CV Network, and BBDO, where she led transformative corporate initiatives, strategic branding, and multinational projects that drove growth and operational success on a global scale.

 

Anne currently serves as the Head of Communications and Public Relations (PAHITD) within the Cayman Islands Government, providing strategic direction on national and international engagement. In addition to her government role, Anne is the Country Director for the Cayman Islands with CWEIC, where she plays a crucial role in strengthening the country’s profile within the global Commonwealth network. She is deeply committed to leveraging her strategic insights to create an environment that promotes sustainable development, trade, investment, and economic growth in the Cayman Islands.

 

Educated in Vancouver, Canada, Anne has completed advanced academic studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, and Media Management at BCIT. She also holds advanced professional certifications in Executive Leadership, Corporate Finance/Economics, Consumer/Audience Analytics, Talent-Focused Management, and People Operations, further demonstrating her commitment to continuous development and leadership excellence.

 

Anne is passionate about advancing sustainability and economic growth for the Cayman Islands and the wider region. She is actively involved in initiatives that promote sustainability, food and nutrition security, and public and affordable housing. Additionally, she serves on the National Road Safety Committee, reflecting her dedication to improving the community’s well-being and ensuring that the Cayman Islands remains a safe and sustainable place to live and work.
