Regional Head of Public Affairs for Europe, Eurasia, Middle East and the Americas
ACCAVikas Aggarwal is the Regional Head of Public Affairs for Europe, Eurasia, Middle East and the Americas at ACCA.
He is responsible for advising governments on socio-economic issues such as technology adoption, future talent development, corporate governance, sustainability, and financial inclusion.
Before joining ACCA, Vikas spent over a decade working for the UK Government across security, industrial strategy, international trade, and foreign policy, and he left the government after a period of time as a diplomat based overseas.
