We are excited to announce Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) as a Strategic Partner and welcome Mahadhir Aziz to the Global Advisory Council.

MDEC is a government agency under the remit of the Ministry of Communications and Digital and was established in 1996 to lead Malaysia’s digital economy. Beginning with the implementation of the MSC Malaysia initiative, they have since then catalysed digital transformation and growth all over the nation. By offering greater incentives and governance for growth and re-investment, they aspire to bolster Malaysia’s status as the digital hub of ASEAN, opening new doors and driving shared prosperity for all Malaysians.

Ts. Mahadhir Aziz, PMP serves as the CEO of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation. He has extensive experience in developing national initiatives, advocating for digital transformation and social digital inclusion. With over 20 years of experience, he has led key projects such as Cyberjaya Global Tech Hub and the National Regulatory Sandbox, contributing to the Malaysia Digital national initiative. Additionally, Mahadhir serves on the boards of Malaysia Board of Technologists and JLand Group – JLG.
