In this masterclass Prof Joan Lockyer explored social and systemic impediments to women’s capacity to progress. Women entrepreneurs play a critical role in the economic activities of their communities, generating 37% of the world’s GDP. However, they continue to face and confront challenges that impact upon their ability to realise their full potential.
Prof Joan Lockyer is a Professor of Entrepreneurship & Head of School of Strategy and Leadership at Coventry University.
