Lord Swire was pleased to lead a delegation to the Port Authority of Kribi, a CWEIC Strategic Partner. The Port Authority of Kribi, has recently launched the construction of an integrated industrial zone in the coastal city of Kribi. The delegation was received by the General Manager Mr Patrice Melom who has developed the vision and strategy to deliver a word-class port facility for Cameroon.

Lord Swire was accompanied by a delegation of Indian investors invited by the regional CWEIC Hub to take part in its Global Advisory Council (GAC) meeting that was held in Libreville (Gabon). Headed by Mr Akshay Kumar of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), the delegation from India comprised a number of companies of the pharmaceuticals, electricity, rail transport and IT sectors.
