We are pleased to announce our latest Strategic Partner, CLG Securities Limited, and welcome Mr Adeniran Aderogba to the Global Advisory Council.

CLG Securities is a Pan African financial advisory firm specialising in structured finance across key sectors such as Oil and Gas, Maritime, Hospitality, Financial Institutions, Transportation, Telecoms, Agriculture, and Mining.

Specialising in originating deals from the African continent, CLG Securities collaborates with international lenders to craft adaptable and viable bankable structures. While a considerable portion of the firm’s endeavours is concentrated within Nigeria, CLG Securities is actively involved in engaging with various countries across the African continent.

Mr Adeniran Aderogba is the Founder of CLG Securities Limited. Notably, he served as an Executive Director at the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) and held numerous senior positions with key financial institutions in Nigeria.

In the course of his career, Mr Aderogba has facilitated transactions in excess of US$5 billion across diverse sectors and developed several landmark award-winning deals, including the Euromoney Trade Finance Deal of the Year.

Mr Aderogba served as Secretary General and Vice President at the Money Market Association of Nigeria and was involved in the introduction of landmark banking products such as the Nigerian Inter-Bank Offered Rate (NIBOR) and the Nigerian Foreign Exchange Fixing (NiFEX).

A graduate of the University of Lagos, Mr Aderogba is a fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, ICAN.
