CWEIC Chairman Lord Marland was delighted to attend the India Global Forum at the end of June. Together with other distinguished panellists he contributed his expertise to a debate on the “Idea of a Great Britain”.

He spoke on the role of Britain, and how this could be strengthened, the threats to democracy stemming from short-term political thinking, the potential for an UK-India Free Trade Deal, the future of the Commonwealth, and much more.
