Malta International Contemporary Art Space (MICAS)
Phyllis Muscat is the Chair of the Malta International Art Space (MICAS), which is set to open in 2022. The Malta International Contemporary Art Space (MICAS) is intended to strengthen Malta’s cultural infrastructure by providing a platform for contemporary art and internationalisation.
Phyllis Muscat was the Head of Taskforce of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) which was held in Malta in 2015. As host of CHOGM 2015, the Government of Malta appointed Ms. Muscat to coordinate the administrative and logistical arrangements. She is also a member of the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council (CWEIC) Advisory Board.
