Jasim Janah is the Group Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Hotels & Resorts Investment Maldives (HARIM), an international multi-industry business. In this role, he drives HARIM’s commercial strategies internationally; particularly across the Maldives, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and the UK, ensuring a competitive edge in all ventures. He also heads the project management consultancy division of HARIM overseeing multiple luxury real estate development projects.

Jasim is the CEO of HARIM’s marine division, Polaris Navigators, establishing HARIM as a strong newcomer in the luxury marine market with design and build high end speedboats, and luxury yacht chartering.

Jasim holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and International Business. His career spanned real estate and investment sectors. He has previously worked at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, New Zealand’s Ministry of Housing, and a major investment fund in Shenzhen, China, focused on technology and automotive industries.

Jasim is also an accomplished entrepreneur, having successfully founded and led two enterprises. In 2019, he received the NZ Prime Minister’s Scholarship for Asia and was selected for the National University of Singapore’s Entrepreneurship Program and the Stanford Entrepreneurship Program ASES Melbourne Chapter.
