Terms and Conditions
Policy for Strategic Partners
CWEIC offers the opportunity for businesses, organisations and Government bodies to join as a strategic partner if they wish to engage actively and constructively in business, trade and investment opportunities in Commonwealth countries.
Membership of the CWEIC network is secured once the annual fee is received following a proposal and invitation to join or renewal notice and is by invitation only.
CWEIC welcomes strategic partners who will add to the network in terms of sectors, geographies and existing and potential business opportunities. It is not limited strictly to businesses and organisations originating in Commonwealth countries and can include those from non-Commonwealth countries who wish to engage constructively with Commonwealth partners.
CWEIC is committed to Commonwealth Values and the Commonwealth Charter, and retains the right not to renew or issue an invitation to a strategic partnership should a situation arise where its reputation would be impacted or negatively influence CWEIC’s relationships with its other stakeholders and strategic partners.
CWEIC is recognised by Governments and business leaders across the globe as a strong and respected voice. It strengthens business and economic growth in Commonwealth countries and strategic partners are invited to join who actively support this ethos.
