Our Strategic Partners convened for the Nigeria International Advisory Council (NIAC) with both Nigerian and cross-Commonwealth partners joining from our network.

Olasupo Shasore, SAN, Chair of the Nigeria Hub, delivered welcoming remarks. This gathering provided an excellent platform for CWEIC to share updates on our activities and planned initiatives, as well as to directly engage with our network regarding their business priorities and developments.

Rosie Glazebrook, CEO, provided an overview of CWEIC’s activities and highlighted the opportunities available to partners during the visit, including meetings with the Vice President of Nigeria, a roundtable with the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission in Abuja, the Governor of Lagos State Government, a visit to Lagos Free Zone (Tolaram) Zone, and discussions with stakeholders like the UK High Commission in Abuja. In the evening, participants enjoyed a delightful dinner, providing another opportunity for casual networking opportunities among the attendees.
